John H. ReynoldsJohn H. Reynolds pursued his education at the Art Institute of Dallas winning top portfolio in his class. Upon graduation, John began Middlin’ Creative, a company that creates solutions for individuals and companies through visual media. After 10 years, Middlin’ Creative has produced countless corporate videos, commercials, music videos, and television shows that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and high quality production value. John also is an accomplished documentary filmmaker. John has created, produced, and filmed music-based entertainment including The Live at Billy Bob’s music series, The Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, and many other music related documentaries. He has produced a television game show from conception to the airing of 26 episodes on the Veria Network. John’s portfolio also boasts many diverse corporate clients, including Williamson-Dickie, Radio Shack, and United Way. John continues to win awards for his creativity and cinematography through Middlin’ Creative.

Sales Andy R. Meadows

Sales & Marketing - Founder

Andy R. MeadowsAndy started in the radio broadcasting industry helping out at his family owned and operated radio station when he was very young. Initially running tapes and then on to selling sponsorships, writing and voicing commercials, and running the board. By the age of 15 he started pulling regular on-air shifts at KRVL in Kerrville, Texas, became the afternoon host at 18, the Music Director at 19, and the Program Director at 20. When he was 23, Andy moved to Fort Worth and began working at LKCM Radio Group as a part-time on-air personality. One month later they made him the full-time night jock. Six months later he became the Program Director. After a year and a half as Program Director Andy became the Operations Director for two of LKCM’s new stations in Corsicana. Starting Corsicana from the ground up with only two employees, Andy was able to make the station profitable within four months of operation. Within a year and a half they brought Andy back to Fort Worth as the Operations Director for the whole company. He has now been with LKCM Radio Group for nearly nine years and is the Operations and Digital Director overseeing Programming, Engineering, and Digital Sales for 11 radio stations in Texas and Oklahoma.

Technology Shannan P. Lynes

Technology & Development - Founder

Shannan P. LynesAs founder and Creative Director of Knock Design Inc., Shannan oversees branding efforts, website design, and deployment, and helps clients fine-tune business objectives. Prior to starting Knock Design, Shannan served as Creative Director and Web Development Manager for Internet Global Services. He and his team were responsible for the branding, building, and maintaining of customer websites and internal company product offerings on the cutting edge of internet technology. In 2002, Shannan helped launch TelaDoc Medical Services, the nation’s leading telehealth company, and the first to offer direct and convenient telephone access to board certified physicians for the diagnosis and treatment of non-emergency medical issues. As part of the TelaDoc team, Shannan worked with executives to refine business objectives, build brand identity, define marketing strategies, and project manage software development, websites, user and doctor interfaces. Shannan has over 15 years of experience working on web related project technologies and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Drawing and Painting from the University of North Texas in 1997.
